विधि व्यवसाय और सामान्य व्यवसाय

इस आर्टिकल में, मैं बताने जा रहा हूँ "विधि व्यवसाय तथा सामान्य व्यवसाय में अन्तर" क्या है? 

➽ विधि व्यवसाय में अधिवक्ता, न्यायिक अधिकारी, वादकारी व अन्य न्यायिक कर्मचारी सम्बन्धित होते हैं, जबकि सामान्य व्यवसाय में क्रेता, विक्रेता, निर्माता, डीलर, उत्पादक, अभिकर्ता आदि होते हैं।

➽ विधि व्यवसाय में अधिवक्ता द्वारा अपने व्यवसाय का विज्ञापन करना प्रतिनिषिद्ध होता है, जबकि सामान्य व्यवसाय में विज्ञापन किये जाने पर कोई रोक नहीं है।

➽ विधि व्यवसाय में धनोपार्जन की बजाय जनसेवा का उद्देश्य निहित होता है, जबकि सामान्य व्यवसाय में धनोपार्जन ही प्रमुख माना जाता है।

➽ विधि व्यवसाय में अधिवक्ता तथा वादकारी का सम्बन्ध विश्वासपूर्ण एवं गोपनीयता से पूर्ण होता है, जबकि सामान्य व्यवसाय में ऐसा होना आवश्यक नहीं है।

➽ विधि व्यवसाय में दलालों की नियुक्ति तथा सहायता पूर्णतः वर्जित है, जबकि सामान्य व्यवसाय में दलालों का होना व्यापार की उन्नति के लिए आवश्यक समझा जाता है।

➽ विधि व्यवसाय में विधि व्यवसायियों के लिए विधि की शिक्षा जरूरी होती है, जबकि सामान्य व्यवसाय में कुछ अपवाद छोड़कर व्यवसायियों के लिए विशेष शिक्षा प्राप्त करना आवश्यक नहीं होता है।

Difference between Law Business and General Business

➽ Lawyers, Judicial Officers, Litigants, and OtherJudicial Employees are related in the Legal Profession, whereas in Normal Business, there are Buyers, Sellers, Manufacturers, Dealers, Producers, Agents, etc.

 

➽ In the Law Business, it is prohibited by the Lawyer to advertise his Business, whereas in the General Business there is no restriction on the Advertisement.

 

➽ In the Legal Profession, the purpose of public service lies rather than earning money, while in a normal Business, earning is considered to be the main one.

 

➽ The relationship between the Lawyer and the Litigant in the Legal Profession is full of trust and confidentiality, whereas in Normal Business, it is not necessary to do so.

 

➽ The appointment and assistance of brokers in the Legal Profession are completely forbidden, while the brokers in the General Business is considered necessary for the Advancement of the Business.

 

➽  Legal Education is necessary for Legal practitioners in the Legal Profession, whereas in General Business, it is not necessary for Professionals to get special Education, except for some exceptions.
